Livetts Launches recently teamed up with Rimmel London for their new 2010 advert featuring Georgia Jagger. The luxury Thames boat, the Edwardian, was given a completely new look by the Rimmel team to fit in with their glamorous London ad campaign. The boat was decked out in huge pink Union Jacks, a dramatic change from the elegant river cruiser people know her as. Her design offers great flexibility for dressing! A party was then staged by Rimmel, with Georgia Jagger as the DJ.
As planned Livett’s provided the tugboat ‘The Alfie’ to pose as a police boat to interrupt the party! Chris Livett worked closely with the Rimmel team as Marine Coordinator to ensure the filming of the advert went to plan and within a safe and successful environment.
This is the second time Livett’s have worked with Rimmel the first was a high profile launch of a new cosmetic. Livett’s have developed a reputation for excellence when it comes to marine filming of complex sequences. Based on the River Thames in Central London Chris Livett is an accomplished Marine Coordinator having been the principle on many large feature films, including James Bond, Harry Potter and Sherlock Holmes.
