The Eddie C has been used as stimulus material for Jasper Knight's most recent painting after chartering her in November 2006. While embarkimg on a journey to explore London's historic river he gathered source material for his second London exhibition.

Jasper Knight studied at the Sydney University College of the Arts, where he completed a BA in 1997. In 2003 he completed an MA in painting and drawing. He has been selected as a finalist in the Archibald prize, the Wynne prize, the Mosman art prize, the Blake Prize for Religious Art and the Brett Whiteley Travelling Scholarship.
